Flow

Five approval-ready steps—LOI to SCO/FCO in an average of 3 days

Transparent overseas fuel procurement from LOI through execution—with proactive answers for approval stakeholders.

  1. 01
    Day 0

    Buyer issues LOI

The buyer issues a Letter of Intent specifying quantity, specifications, desired terms, and preferred payment scheme.

The LOI is your formal expression of intent. Include quantity, grade, origin, delivery port, target price range, and preferred payment terms.

  2. 02
    Day 1–3

    Seller issues SCO / FCO

The seller issues a Soft Corporate Offer or Full Corporate Offer with price, origin, and shipment schedule.

SCO provides indicative pricing and terms; FCO includes confirmed conditions. Target issuance within three days of LOI.

  3. 03
    Day 4–7

    Buyer issues ICPO

The buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order to confirm the transaction.

The ICPO is the buyer's binding commitment. Once issued, cancellation is generally not permitted.

  4. 04
    Day 8–14

    Seller issues contract

The seller issues the formal Sales & Purchase Agreement. Payment and delivery terms are finalized.

The SPA specifies quantity, grade, price, payment scheme (SBLC / DLC / TT, etc.), and delivery terms (CIF / FOB, etc.).

  5. 05
    Day 15–

    Buyer executes agreement

The buyer signs and the transaction takes effect. Stable fuel supply follows the shipment schedule.

After execution, we serve as your single counterparty through production, shipment, customs, and delivery.
